We are a team of highly experienced registered nurses. We skillfully complete intake interviews on behalf of our client-law firms, both in English and Spanish. Our service, the Pre-Medical Records Interview is designed to deliver actionable intelligence to attorneys prior to committing to a costly review of the entire medical file. Our report will provide a medical opinion as to whether the case, as described by the claimant, has merit. For a very low, per-screen fee prescribing lawyers will obtain a narrative summary report of the interview, as well as a medical opinion on: • Whether damages exist due to medical negligence or malpractice • Whether a deviation of the standard of care is suspected • Whether there is a direct link between the damages and the deviation of the standard of care. With this medical opinion, law firms are better positioned to pursue only the strongest cases and allocate the necessary resources with more confidence.
