DI Network's mission is to promote the practice of drug information in clinical, academic, and research settings. DIN manages MediPro3, a drug information documentation system designed for use by individual clinical pharmacists, academic centers, and health-system drug information centers. MediPro was originally designed and developed by DI specialists in 1995 as a database for a DI service under contract to support long-term care providers. MediPro2 went into limited service on the Internet for a small group of academic and hospital DI centers in 2000. The cloud-based MediPro3 was deployed in 2015. MediPro3 and DINetwork.com is managed by DI Networks LLC. The managing partner is Bao-Anh Nguyen-Khoa PharmD, MPH (one of those DI specialists from 1995).
