Dhimitra was founded in 1993 starting as a bakery but quickly expanded its business into the trade of primary ingredients for other bakeries in Albania, such as flour and yeast. In 1998 the company started producing filo dough, for baklava and mediterranean pies, and kadaif. The motto of the company is to continue increasing the quality of its products and never compromise it for whatever reason.
