Development Expertise Center is a Civil Society Organization committed to improving the lives of children, youth, women, and the community through Child Development, Gender and Life Skills, Skills and Entrepreneurship, Lobby and Advocacy, and Humanitarian and Emergency Response programs. Established in 2007, together with its partners, stakeholders, and the community, DEC has built excellence in the provision of quality equitable services for the primary target groups it serves. DEC strongly encourages community participation and ownership while strictly adhering to local culture, religion, useful social norms, and values.
