DesignForge is a small company comprising a dedicated team of designers, artists, and researchers who take the process of architecting and building products seriously, in that we love our work and live by the results. We have been in the computer business from the pioneering days of the early eighties, and in electronics before that (okay, yeah, that makes certain of us older than Gandalf). As part of the seriousness with which we take our commitment to what we do: we take turns being on-call in order to provide 24/7 tech-support in case a customer has a question; we respond as swiftly as possible to requests for our help; and we continually strive to make our products the very best in their class. Our focus is on effectiveness and results, not marketing and hype. Much of our core business has consisted of innovating, consulting and assisting other enterprises in their product designs and inventions. Our work has not been exclusively in the computer fields: motion control, robotics, machine vision, and industrial automation are within our portfolio. Our people include dedicated activists, particularly in issues of Animal and Human Rights and environmental protection, and we take pride in providing a healthy, cruelty-free work environment. We're all vegan of course, and we're happy to share thoughts with anyone who cares to chat about it. The computer software products we have conceived and built are to address needs that were simply not being met. RobotMind of course stands virtually alone as the only product of it's kind and is the result of over a decade of research. Frankly, RobotMind is a difficult thing to describe, especially to a computer user! It really does have to be seen in action to be appreciated, but then it feels quite invaluable and the users have frequently told us it was what they wished to have on their computer from the beginning! It springs from a series of formidable problems that required a new breed of Artificial-Intelligence technology to solve, and has continued to evolve as new and delightful uses are discovered for it. InteMirror is an obvious solution to a sticky problem, and it's difficult to believe this need was being so poorly served by the software that was out there. As far as Wumput is concerned; there are some products that attempt to provide the same thing, but users had found those infuriatingly frustrating and thus Wumput was hammered into shape on the forges of necessity. DesignForge, Inc. is incorporated in Delaware. Our home office is in New Orleans Louisiana.
