The Deakin Commerce Society (DCS) was established in 2002 as the Deakin Accounting and Finance Students’ Society (DAFSS) and in its short history has quickly developed a reputation as a professional and innovative society that is well recognized within the Deakin community and the Australian business landscape. The DCS is the premier commerce related student society and is also the largest society on the Deakin Burwood Campus and boasts an annual membership base of over 800 students. The society focuses on both academic and social aspects of a student’s university career and provides opportunities to its members, which could not otherwise be possible. We are committed to ensuring that members receive the best possible opportunities from their membership and we pride ourselves on offering something for everyone at Deakin Burwood.
