The Fattal Hotel Chain is Israel’s largest hospitality organizations with 37 hotels and 16,700 rooms under its management. These hotels are well distributed across the country in all major tourist venues – Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Tiberias, Dead Sea and Eilat. The Chain also owns and manages 150 Leonardo-branded hotels in Europe. In 1984, at the age of 27, he was appointed Assistant General Manager of the prestigious Dan Accadia Hotel in Herzliya. By 1988 he became General Manager of King Solomon’s Palace in Eilat. Ten years later, in 1998, David founded his hotel management business Fattal Hotels, also taking over the prestigious Meridien Hotel in Eilat. Other hotels rapidly followed as David and his team set about creating and delivering a new benchmark of ‘hotel value’ for guests. For many years now the Fattal name has been synonymous with innovation in the hotel industry. The Fattal Hotel Chain introduced the all-inclusive system into Israel and has set new standards in the culture of entertainment for both children and adults. Children’s Clubs in Fattal hotels around Israel are generously equipped with the latest games and play stations, catering separately to the 1-4, 4-9 and 9-12 age groups. The Fattal organization continues to make inroads into the hotel market both in Israel and Europe.
