Our main office is in Cambridge, Ontario with roots in the Canadian rendering industry extending over 50 years. Today, Darling Ingredients operates in Canada with over 500 employees, providing essential services for the efficient and environmentally responsible management of collecting, processing and recycling edible and inedible animal by-products. What exactly does Darling Ingredients do to build a renewable and sustainable future? We recycle more than 99% of the collected products and turn them into value-added products. We provide vital services to the food and agricultural industries, along with animal by-product collection that would otherwise be diverted to landfill. We also recycle used cooking oil and turn it into biofuel or ingredients for animal feed.
