History: Established in 2008. Conveniently located in Falls Church, Virginia, our studio is clean, comfortable and inviting. Most of our classes are held in a large, spacious, bright studio room with polished hardwood floors and windows overlooking trees outside. We also hold classes, such as Little Pretzels, for kids ages 4-9 years old, in our smaller studio room. We are committed to maintaining pristine practice spaces that allow you to focus on breath, flow, and the present moment on your mat. Changing rooms and bathrooms are available for our students to use. Before entering either practice room, toss your shoes on the rack, enter the lobby and enjoy being welcomed by our upbeat staff.
