With an expansive career of over 20 years in the Hospitality Industry at a senior management level, Jason has developed a very strong operating knowledge of all types of multi outlet hotel, catering and accommodation establishments including 4 and 5 star International Hotels, Motels and Local Hotels with gaming, bar, bistro and bottle shop operations. Jason has a reputation for successfully managing the re-positioning, operation and branding of establishments controlling all aspects of town planning, project management, financial due-diligence, budgeting, marketing, co-ordination of tasks, operations and profit generation.
