In the spring of 2009, Candlelight Homes was founded by the partners of DAI. With over 2600% growth in revenue over 8 years, Candlelight Homes climbed the ranks to become the 4th largest homebuilder in Utah. In January 2018, Candlelight Homes was acquired by Cal Atlantic Homes/Lennar Homes, the leading homebuilder in the nation.
