We bring together the science of human behaviour, design thinking and a focus on how people learn. This enables us to design experiences for customers and employees that make a measurable difference. With up to 95% of human behaviour and decisions happening unconsciously, simply asking customers and employees about their experiences and why they do things does not get to the truth. At CX Lab we go beyond simple surveys and asking people about their experience to understand unconscious and conscious behaviour. Using the latest neuroscience and behavioural science we are able to deep dive into customer and employee behaviour. Armed with this insight we are then able to design and implement experiences that deliver a measurable difference. Combining strategic leaders, Design Thinking experts, behavioural science specialist and leaders in learning and experience design, we are able to ensure insights are turned into improvements that will deliver a commercial return.
