Current Designs Inc. Information

Current Designs is Design/Build engineering business where electronics, firmware, machining, and production are a tightly integrated process. We make technology products, and use lots of technology to make them better and more efficiently. Ten of us, in a renovated 1880s warehouse, work four days each week which lets everyone be energetic, but also have plenty of time for a real life outside their job. Over the past two decades we've worked with over a thousand research groups to provide precise and useful response devices for their innovative studies. It's really important that our workplace be relaxed and pleasant, so we can work well together and focus on making the best products possible. Founded in 1994, the mission has been to provide instrumentation that would make a fundamental difference in the work of researchers and scientists. The company has grown organically with the conscious decision to keep costs low and focus on the needs of our customers. As a small company, every employee matters, and it is their talents and hard work which make our continued success possible.
