Boreal Design has been producing kayaks since 1991 in both polyethylene and composites. From the beginning we have strived to deliver the best designs computers can create. Our molds speak for themselves as you see the extreme polish on both composite and PE models. A Canadian based company with Headquarters in Montreal and warehouses on Vancouver Island, Alabama and San Diego complement our delivery incentives. Since our new ownership has been in place we have seen serious investment in our thermoforming division which is new since 2013. In addition to all the upgrades we have done to the PE kayaks we have increased the quality of our polyethylene to exceed our expectations in UV resistance and durability.
