Cuala Foundation Information

We produce cultural healing projects that celebrate community stories and promote social and emotional wellbeing, connecting people more deeply with themselves, each other, and the place here they live. Cuala relies on this paradigm to improve our youth’s understanding of their potential as individuals and members of a community by connecting them with culture and expanding their awareness of history. Our logo, the Loughnashade Horn, symbolizes our goal of amplifying the voices of youth and expanding their perspectives on their potential, and their vision of what they want the future to look like. Cuala's CULTURE WARRIORS program builds belonging by engaging youth in creative expression that is connected to their community. Our participants immerse themselves in the culture, story, song and history of their community in order to expand the scope of their perspective beyond the present, and positively impact their understanding of their potential.
