Our Mission As a not-for-profit organization, the NYWCC is devoted to empowering and improving the quality of life for women and minorities in the New York area by providing the resources, education, counseling and coaching, access to capital, and an active network of women to help you achieve business and professional success. Our Vision Our vision is to build a community in which its members assist and teach fellow women and minorities how to become successful entrepreneurs, accomplished professionals and effective leaders of our society. We are Committed to: Promoting women’s economic, leadership and professional growth. Serving as an advocate to ensure fair treatment and equal opportunities for women in business. Encouraging the expansion of women owned businesses in the state of New York Designing and implementing initiatives to assist women become economically independent. Stimulating the increase of employment opportunities for women. Assisting with the design and implementation of educational programs for women.Creating an environment that will alleviate poverty and accelerate economic development throughout the New York area.
