Our journey began with a simple vision in 2017 when founder Andy Skipper (ex-CTO at Made.com, Comic Relief and many other technology organisations) wanted to improve the quality of technology leadership in organisations by: • Providing key support to leaders throughout their careers • Improving their relationships with others and the work itself • Reducing the chance of burnout and imbalanced energy demands
