The Petrossian name is synonymous with Caviar. Founded in the 1920's by the Petrossian brothers Melkoum and Mouchegh Petrossian--who were the first to introduce Paris to the magic of caviar and, in doing so, founded the company that today is the premier buyer and importer of caviar worldwide.
Petrossian Tsar Imperial is the title of preeminence bestowed on only those Petrossian caviar our incomparable Ossetra or our exquisite Daurenki and new American Sustainable Transmontanus and Alverta.
Mission:
For nearly 100 years, the Petrossian family has continued to develop by maintaining a rare and privileged relationship with the fisheries. Even today, the family personally chooses, on site, the very best of the fresh, high quality caviar produced around the world during each catch.
Today we also pride our selves on being eco-friendly working directly with our fisheries we can be responsible towards ethical conservation.

Marky’s is a leading gourmet foods importer and distributor and one of the few vertically integrated caviar companies in the USA. We were founded founded in 1983 in Miami, Florida when our first location (Marky's Gourmet Store) opened on NE 79th St. Since then, we've expanded beyond caviar as we've moved to importing and distributing over 1500 varieties of gourmet foods. This includes foie gras, smoked salmon, truffles, wild mushrooms, cheeses, jamon, prosciutto, escargots, pastas, and more. Our locations now include Marky's Caviar in the Aventura Mall, Marky's Caviar Lounge at the Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood, Marky's on Madison, Marky's Caviar Tribeca, Marky's Grand Central in NYC, and Marky's Caviar Boston. Huso is our One-Michelin star concept located within Marky's Caviar Tribeca. Our subsidiary, Sturgeon Aquafarms, in Bascom, FL, is the only legal commercial producer of Beluga (huso huso) caviar in the USA. Through our aquafarm, we also produce our own Sevruga and Sterlet caviar.

Les premiers crus de la production sont commercialisés, en France comme à l'export, sous la marque phare : Sturia. Et les seconds crus en grande distribution sous la marque nationale Akitania.
