Crown Paper Converting is a high-capacity manufacturer-direct producer of single-face corrugated rolls and laminated solid fiber in Ontario, California. We have manufactured paper products in Southern California since 1983. We run single-face corrugating on site across four converting lines, producing rolls in A, B, and E flute, plus laminated solid fiber as a second manufactured line. We produce more than 10 million linear feet a year, with custom roll widths, custom slitting, master and jumbo rolls, and high-speed rewinding. Standard orders ship in three to five business days. Custom orders run seven to ten business days. Crown also provides kraft paper, chipboard, newsprint, and virgin linerboard in rolls and sheets, so distributors consolidate more packaging spend with one channel-safe supplier. Our location is the advantage. We produce in Southern California, inside the Southwest market we serve, which gives distributors a freight and lead-time edge over out-of-region suppliers. We ship across the Southwest from a single origin point rather than long-haul out-of-state freight, with extended West Coast reach into Oregon and the Seattle area. We also move cross-border into Northern Mexico through established border lanes and a local 3PL network. We sell wholesale only. We do not sell to retail, residential, or end-user accounts. We private label and offer 100 percent blind drop-shipping, so our distribution partners keep their customer relationships and protect their margins. Crown never competes for the end account.
