Located in"Downtown Fullerton", we are a 6,000 square foot facility equipped with not only brand new equipment, but a team of dedicated trainers that have come together to deliver the CrossFit program exactly as it is intended. The stimulus provided are by design, constantly varied, functional movements, performed at a high intensity. Our specialty is not specializing and our goal is constant progress. The atmosphere is welcoming, and is one of support and camaraderie to anyone seeking true fitness. We understand that people need support to stay in a fitness program and maintain healthy eating habits. CrossFit training is motivating and even addicting (in a good way). Along with your efforts, the support of the trainers, and camaraderie of the other members, we'll keep you accountable for your workouts and eating habits.
