Crema D'oro is the creation of Guy Thompson, an innovative operator in the caf and restaurant industry for over 10 years. During this time he has owned four separate businesses which have all proved very successful. One of these, Rimini Caf and Bar was the winner of the prestigious Caf of the Year awards for both Sydney and NSW in 2000 and was runner up in 1998 & 1999. as well as a finalist for the "Seafood Restaurant of the Year" in 2001. Guy's practical experience extends beyond operating cafs and includes consulting and writing 'how to' guides for other caf owners and operators. "My passion for drinking outstanding coffee is what has led me to create Crema D'oro. I not only get to roast, create and distribute great coffee, but I also get to help other caf owners with their passion."
