Member of Crédit Agricole Group Leasing and financial company established in 1997, with name CP Leasing, a.s., as a daughter company of Ceska pojistovna, the bigest insurance company in Czech Republic, member of PPF Group. In 2005 CP Leasing was sold to French company Sofinco, now CACF (Credit Agricole Consumer Finance), a member of Crédit Agricole Group and in 2006 the name was changed to Credium, a.s. In 2008 Credium extend its activity into Slovak Republic by acquisition of OTP Leasing company (now Credium Slovakia) Credium is focused to financing of cars with wide range of product. It cooperates with Importers FIAT Group , Mazda, Land Rover, Jaguar and Jeep and also with rest of cars importers and dealers in Czech and Slovak Republic.
