Creative Therapy Solution is an applied behavior analytic practice that believes every person deserves to be seen regardless of their abilities and disabilities. We see every human ability. Our approach is to teach self-determination skills to children with disabilities and their parents. Using evidence-based assessments and treatments including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and PEAK Relation Training System based on Relational Frame Theory (RFT) and the philosophy of Functional Contextualism (FC), families are changed. Children are more confident and assimilated, and parents have a more connected and peaceful relationship with their children. When children see their own abilities, their world expands. We live out these values in our internal culture in these ways: Everyone has a right to be seen and heard. Celebrate what makes each other different. Focus on progress, not perfection. Bring joy to what you do every day. Show up, lean in and own it.
