Creative Leadership Coaching Information

Creative Leadership Coaching is a New York based coaching collaboration founded by Deborah Connolly and dedicated to maximizing professional and personal leadership through creativity and innovation. The CLC system increases the strength and speed by which individuals connect to their natural creative resources. This heightens the ease of calibration, allowing our clients’ to consciously excel and expand the pace of their creative development. The outcome is lasting change, conscious innovation and overall confidence. To accomplish this, we have co-designed individual coaching programs which empower leaders to envision, clarify and cultivate their desired outcome by choosing new approaches and actions to develop and lead authentic and fulfilling lives.
