Creative Comms has been an Optus Dealer for 15 years exclusively selling Optus products. Prior to 2005 we traded as an Optus World shop. We are a proudly run independent dealer, one of the few still left in QLD. The owner Steve Woollett has always been into technology, providing a solution to customers who step through our door. Creative Comms currently employs a number of staff to assist in the running of the shop and have just recently taken on some outbound representatives to help get our name into the wild and provide the services available from our store to business people who are not able to get out of their workplace during our trading hours. We have always been passionate about our friendliness and are willing to help any member of society who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the shopping centres or wants to come in, have a sit down and learn about the options available to them. Whether it be a personal or business matter, we have the solutions for all your needs. We can provide you with a vast range of products that Optus have available. Creative Comms not only provides you with the solution we also like to make sure that our customers can understand the details and utilise their plan to its fullest potential. Many of the employees have long standing backgrounds in the telecommunications industry and show commitment and interest in the products that are always changing. Until recently Creative Comms has predominantly been a retail store front. In 2009 Optus approached us to become a SMB (Small to Medium Business) Partner. This new partnership gives us access to Optus' Business Grade products for customers with 20 to 100 mobiles and fixed line services. We can therefore offer even more products and services than ever before. Being an Optus SMB Partner provides us with a range of corporate and small business plans that have never been available through a shop front.
