Barwon Child, Youth & Family (BCYF) is an independent, not-for profit organisation formed in July 2015 following the successful merger of the three founding agencies Glastonbury Community Services, Barwon Youth and Time for Youth. As one of the Barwon Region's leading community service organisations, BCYF's purpose is to provide, deliver and develop services that advance the rights and well-being of children, young people and their families. BCYF has a breadth of services that operate via a significant client services platform ranging from prevention and early intervention, to complex care, which are delivered via a significant client services platform. BCYF is also the parent company of its subsidiary 'BAYSA', a registered housing provider that provides a range of accommodation and community support programs. BCYF is governed by a Board of Directors and supported by an experienced leadership team. With more than 300 staff, BCYF is committed to achieving its strategic intent of service excellence, social impact and organisational sustainability. We operate in the Barwon Area of the West Division of Victoria, responding to the needs of vulnerable communities and towns in six municipalities: - City of Greater Geelong - Surf Coast Shire - Golden Plains Shire - Colac Otway Shire - Borough of Queenscliffe - Corangamite Shire. Barwon Child, Youth & Family also delivers services in co-located and community-based environments across the catchment areas and via home outreach. Barwon Child, Youth & Family is a recognised provider of quality service delivery to vulnerable and less advantaged youth and families with high and complex needs. Particular emphasis is placed on prevention and early intervention programs, complemented by a range of justice and counselling and support services.

Veritas House is a community-based, not-for-profit incorporated organisation and a registered charity that provides a range of flexible services to children, young people, and families in Central Western NSW. Our Vision is to contribute to the creation of a socially just and caring community in which every person is safe, secure and valued. Veritas House strives to be a centre of excellence dedicated to providing effective services to children, young people and their families who require support. We provide holistic services which foster self-determination, security and growth. We aspire to: - Empower young people to reach their full potential - Strengthen interpersonal, family and community relationships - End the cycle of youth homelessness Our programs include - Youth Specialist Homeless Services (SHS) - Out of Home Care (Foster Care) - Non-Placement Support Service (transport and supervised contact visits for children in out of home care and their families) - Adolescent and Family Counselling - Youth and Family Support Services - Homeless Youth Assistance Program (HYAP)

The Department for Child Protection (DCP) was formed in November 2016 in response to recommendations from the Child Protection Systems Royal Commission, led by the Honourable Margaret Nyland AM. We work in partnership with vulnerable families, other government and non-government organisations, foster carers and the community to keep children and young people safe and give them the same opportunities as other young South Australians. Where children cannot safely stay in the family home we will find a place for them to live, preferably with kin or foster care families. We aim to give young South Australians in our long-term care every opportunity to reach their full potential.
