CP+R stands for Clinical Prevention and Rehabilitation. Our team, including cardiac coaches and clinical nurses, provides bespoke exercise and lifestyle programmes for cardiac and cancer patients. Our clinically-proven programmes are designed with safety in mind. Many of our referrals are directly from cardiologists and oncologists and we have strong relationships with many of London's major hospitals and medical practices. We also prevent ill health and help many people with milder health concerns such as anxiety, stress, weight and fatigue. We inspire people to live longer better.
