(CPCII) is a professional Project Controls consulting service firm that specializes in the following disciplines of work: cost estimating, CPM construction scheduling, capital risk management, project controls, value engineering, life cycle analysis, claims review, change order processing, software procurement, portfolio management and other financial services. The company is dedicated to serving the needs of ALL industry owners, Architects and Engineers. We provide professional services tailored to meet our customer’s needs. Today, many clients cannot afford to staff estimating, scheduling, risk, and project control departments, and rely on in-house resources. Many times, clients have limited in-house professional experience and often are faced with inaccurate and poor results. This can lead to project overruns, delays and cause major project financial concerns. CPCII will help any client establish their project controls organization and business success model. Clients will learn to follow a process map prepare for project controls for early decision making to final results and benchmarking. Our services include the development of their internal project controls organization(s) or acting as a member of their team, on a consultant basis. We assist clients to develop and maintain internal project controls business processes over a period of time.
