The COYO® story began many years ago when Henry’s great grandparents were shipwrecked in Fiji and never left. Coconuts were a part of daily life. Henry would wander the coconut plantations of Savu Savu, collecting coconuts as a nutritious source of milk and oil that fed and nourished their island life. Many years later when Henry met Sandra, studied bacteriologist and naturopath, it was no surprise that they would eventually combine their passions to create the world’s first and most awarded coconut yoghurt. Since hand-squeezing the first-ever commercial batch of coconut yoghurt, Henry and Sandra have helped millions to realise dairy freedom through the health and wellness benefits of coconut.
