CoxSchepp Construction, LLC is an employee owned company based in Charlotte, NC that provides construction and related services to businesses, developers and real estate professionals. Founded in 2011, CoxSchepp purchased the assets of its predecessor company (Cox & Schepp, Inc.), which completed nearly $1 billion of successful construction and development projects throughout the Southeast between 2002 and 2011 and was ranked as one of the top 400 general contractors in the United States. The firm is comprised of experts representing the fields of estimating, construction, finance, design, and technology, each with 15 to 30 years of direct industry experience, allowing it to provide services beyond the scope of a typical general contractor. CoxSchepp specializes in providing value-added services including design-build, real estate and construction due diligence, entitlement review, and financial and pro forma assistance.
