Ecobuild Solutions supplies high-quality, functional, innovative building materials at an affordable price. Our product focus is on magnesium oxysulphate (MOS) cement boards (also offered in sandwich panel form with XPS insulation). MOS boards are the latest generation of magnesium oxide (MgO) cement boards which offer a range of benefits over fibre cement, plasterboard and previous generations of MgO cement boards. For example, our MOS boards: • have superior bending, impact and nail-pull strength. • are not only non-combustible, they have exceptional fire-resistant qualities and maintain their integrity even when subjected to extreme fire temperatures. On the other hand, fibre cement boards tend to crack and break down when subjected to the same heat. • are eco-friendly – ie: they have very low embodied energy and magnesia, their primary ingredient, is easily accessible. • are not susceptible to moisture, mould, vermin, termites and will not rot. • are chloride-free; thus, they do not “sweat” like previous generations of MgO board and do not cause corrosion. • are affordable when compared to competitor products. • have been (and continue to be regularly) tested to and have met Australian standards. We have vetted and trialled dozens of factories. Our pool of Ecobuild accredited MOS suppliers have shown that they can meet our detailed product specifications and tolerances. Further, each and every container of product is inspected by our purchasing agents. Thus, our customers can be confident of a quality product. We have contracted the services of highly experienced and skilled cement and building experts who are integral to advising us on our product and system innovations. Their insights and advice have and will continue to assist us in rolling out innovative products and systems to the market in future. Our MOS boards are sold via distributors while our composite products, such as InsulFloor, are sold direct to market.

Broadway Builders is a Bendigo based building company, its two directors being local boys originally from Wycheproof. Jeremy has been in the building business for nearly 20 years and has worked on a variety of domestic and commercial projects in Victoria and Queensland. This includes tilt panel construction, new homes, renovations, extensions, new and extended offices, factories, sheds, gym, sports stadium and retail spaces. Whilst playing football for North Melbourne Kangaroos for 10 years, Corey continued his involvement in the building industry. He has experience as a previous part owner in a volume building company as well as working on new houses, renovations and extensions. With a combined 35 years experience in the building industry, Corey and Jeremy are committed to delivering quality workmanship and personalised service to all clients.
