From our home at Copal Tree Distillery, we make our rum using just three ingredients: fresh-pressed sugar cane cultivated on our Copal Tree Farm, pure and uncontaminated rainforest rainwater, and non-GMO yeast. This deliberate and minimalistic approach guarantees that every action we undertake is grounded in sustainability, resulting in one of the purest rums from the Caribbean, free from additives, and certified as Organic and Carbon Negative.
