Construction Professionals, Inc. Information

We are a leading hotel contractor in Charleston, renowned for providing high-quality construction services to our clients. Founded in 1989 by H. Grae Rambo, IV. Our focus from the beginning has been to provide excellent contracting services to private development professionals. Our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is reflected in the fact that over 85% of our projects are for repeat clients. We take pride in standing behind our work and always being available to address any issues that may arise. Trust is the foundation of our business, and we have built many valuable relationships over the years as a result. At CPI, we are committed to providing exceptional construction services to our clients, and it is this commitment that has made us a leading hotel contractor in the Charleston area. We take pride in leading the way in utilizing advanced modeling and scheduling software to ensure a final product that serves the needs of owners and their communities today and well into the future. Our team takes an integrated approach in all aspects of our construction process, prioritizing safety, schedule, and quality to create finished products that meet our client's unique needs and exceed their expectations. One of the things that sets us apart from other general contractors is that we self-perform much of our work. This includes in-house plumbing, electrical, and concrete crews and hiring labor-only installers who function under our direct supervision for masonry, framing, and drywall phases of the work. By doing this, we have greater control over cost, scheduling, and the finished product.
