De Zwarte Hond is a design bureau for architecture, urbanism and strategy. We have offices in Groningen, Rotterdam, Cologne and Berlin that employ about 120 professionals. We add quality to the built environment by combining urban design and architecture. We effectively assess what adds value and enhances the quality of life for people, the street, the neighbourhood, the city and the region. We are fully committed to our designs, and we also assume responsibility for their realisation. The end product must be just as ambitious and beautiful as the first proposals.

Ector Hoogstad Architecten is an architectural office in Rotterdam with over 60 professionals; an inspiring mix of experience and young talent. The firm is led by Joost Ector (design principal) and Max Pape (managing director). We believe that well-designed buildings are extremely valuable to the quality of our everyday lives.
