The Conservators Center is a nonprofit wildlife conservancy that supports conservation through education and raising public awareness of rare and endangered species. Located in Burlington, NC, the Conservators Center is home to 80 exotic animals including more than 20 big cats (lions, tigers, and leopards), gray wolves, lemurs, servals, binturongs, New Guinea singing dogs, jungle cats, genets, and other species rarely seen at zoos. Visitors meet the animals on guided tours that allow views from as close as 5 feet away while they learn about the individual animals’ personalities, the species they represent, and how they came to live at the conservancy.
