HISTORY In 1955, the only product manufactured by this group was combed cotton yarn. After that, and thanks to the commitment shown in its processes, quality, service, focus on innovation, and acceptance by its customers, Grupo Miro achieved a vertical integration in its processes until the manufactured garment was finished. In 1983, the group obtained the master license granted by Ocean Pacific, a leading brand in T-shirts worldwide, thus attaining high levels of market acceptance and positioning it as a state-of-the-art brand in Mexico. This resulted in a very satisfactory strategy, which bestowed on the group well-deserved expertise in the manufacturing area, providing it with feedback with regards to fashion innovation in its textile processes and consolidating it as the leader in Mexico in cotton knits and blends. When the North American Free Trade Agreement was signed, the Group devised its exports project, investing in state-of-the-art technology, training all its technical, operational, and administrative staff to give them the necessary tools to face this new environment. As of 1995, excellent results were obtained, which have made it possible for the company to currently export more than 50 % of its production to Europe, Asia, North America, and South America. At present, the company offers a wide range of products, from yarn manufactured in 100% cotton ring spun and blends with synthetic fibers, to hundreds of knitted fabrics and manufactured garments, depending on the needs of our customers. The company is located in the State of Mexico, in the municipality of Lerma, where its facilities are built in an approximate area of 70,000 square meters. The Name The name of our company is Miro, in honor of the person who founded this company in 1955: Miro Zaga inherited his hard-working attitude and his perseverance thrust to his sons.

The main activity of our company is to supply big comercial areas and central markets with fresh, frozen and elaborated fish in Spain and overseas. Pescados Rubén has its own buyers at all ports in the North of Spain from Fuenterrabia to Vigo. We are producers but we also import from all over the world. The company relies on two refrigerating facilities for industrial processing and frozen product. The Company has a solid infraestructure based on new technologies and our team, obtained and guaranteed from the work of more tan fifty years.
