Concent offers investors, developers and property owners a full spectrum of services covering the properties’ life cycle from market analysis to the physical implementation and management. We always focus on optimizing for the clients’ benefit and delivering to the end users’ needs. We deliver a full range of projects from shopping centers, office buildings, hotels and cultural projects to commercial and private residential developments. Concent was established in 2010 as a merger of the companies Consila and Center Management. We currently have offices in Stockholm and Norrköping but operate all over Sweden. We deliver through a close cooperation between our various business areas. We also offer property owners advice, market research and analysis, second opinion on an investment appraisal and letting service. Our commissions range from one day's early advice through to the delivery and management of multi-million dollar projects. Our team comes from diverse backgrounds in construction, engineering, management and development. Diversity in both sector coverage and staff experience is key to the distinct personality of Concent.
