The Mission of Compass Group is to establish the trust and confidence of our clients as a preeminent provider of Developmental, Design-Build and other construction services for the commercial, industrial, religious and residential/multifamily markets. We achieve this by our commitment to delivering our clients a quality product with superior service while maintaining the highest standards of integrity in our professional relationships and, in doing so, establishing ourselves as a respected and active leader in our community. Compass Group, Inc. was founded in March of 1999 by Ron and Lisa Flick. Both are still actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. Compass Group has constructed a wide range of primarily commercial Design-Build and Construction Managed projects. Today, the majority of our clients utilize our Land Development Services. Our projects have ranged from renovating a municipal park to designing and creating the very development that houses our corporate office at Gateway to Amelia. We work diligently with architects, engineers and the local community to preserve the nature that surrounds it. Our resume also includes multifamily, hospitality, industrial/manufacturing and restaurants.
