CommX is a genuine Voice over IP (VoIP) pioneer, founded in 2002 after the core team had performed significant testing/evaluation of numerous early VoIP platforms developed by BroadSoft and other softswitch companies. The widespread success and scalability of the BroadWorks platform – combined with the CommX team’s experience in managing it (experience which includes several technical firsts with BroadSoft) – allows CommX and its business partners to deliver world-class voice service to any size company and compete on service and price rather than technology. While traditional giant telecom companies like the RBOCs may be better suited to support user deployments that number in the thousands, CommX is the perfect fit for small- and medium-sized business that rely on customized service and personal attention.
