These grains include oats, wheat, barley, and rye, which we mill into flours, flakes, brans, and fibers. Grain Millers also sells a variety of specialized ingredients such as organic industrial alcohol, quinoa, flax, lentils, soybeans, mustard, and tapioca. A Value-Added Manufacturer: On-site blending and retail packaging facilities provide a retail-ready product for distribution direct to store shelves. Having these services at our mills translates into direct benefits in improved product quality, lower shipping costs, and lower packaging costs.
