I have worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years and I am the owner of Commit Fitness. In this time, I have noticed how people didnt seem to change body shape even with regular gym sessions. When looking into the detail, I started teaching different classes including boxing and circuit training. The classes I taught were intense and included body weight exercises mixing it up with weight training, cycling and running. I quickly noticed that the people who stuck it out and attended all my classes started to change body shape and become much stronger and fitter.
