We develop the Competency Certification by means of online test, with reports of results of high world standard. Our tests are continuously validated by specialists throughout the world. The Skills Management Consulting is based mainly on the Construction of the Skills Matrix, Recruitment and Selection Processes, Talent Maps and Succession Maps. Training and Coaching is aimed at developing skills, as well as entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, Change Management, Team Integration, Mergers, etc. For this, we use personal development programs, as well as structured programs with Business Simulators to take full advantage of individual and group potential.
