The Kitchen is an American Bistro founded over 20 years ago in 2004 by Kimbal Musk and Hugo Matheson. The Kitchen serves farm-to-table shared plates with a mission to create restaurants that are beloved by our communities. The Kitchen has locations in Boulder, Denver, and Austin.
