We support networks working at all levels, and across all sectors and regions of the world to improve their practices, structures, effectiveness, and impact. Our engagement can span the design and startup stage to those reviewing and refreshing long-standing systems. We also offer a robust community of practice for network leaders and staff rooted in skill-building and peer learning. We offer a range of adaptable and targeted advisory services to help accelerate and enhance your efforts with our deep know-how of what makes networks efficient, effective, and impactful: - Assess and evaluate your network: We apply our proprietary, evidence-based tools and frameworks to efficiently assess, analyze, and understand networks, identifying their strengths and weaknesses in order to set priorities and strengthen the network. - Design or redesign your network: We help new networks and networks in transition to develop and (re)design their structures, systems, and operating models. - Strategize for your network: We provide strategic planning support to networks, including facilitation and process design, focused on participatory processes and building member buy-in. - Strengthen your network: We provide bespoke consulting and advisory support to address pain points and strengthen strategies, systems, and approaches. We also provide individual and team-oriented training for network leaders, staff, and members to build capacity and hone their knowledge and approaches for successful network leadership and management.
