Collective ground is a real-estate developer that aims to preserve historical, cultural, monumental buildings and to support organizations that create social impact and drive innovations. Collective ground acquired the first building from "Samtoh" in Daehak-ro, Seoul, designed and constructed back in 1979 by the architect Soo-keun Kim in 2017. Now the building was turned into the innovation lab for education and media/contents.
