We are sourcing our deals through our industry contacts, court approved auctions and directly from financial institutions wishing to manage, reposition or dispose their distressed assets. For over 10 years Yangji Asset Korea has consulted clients over solving financial and legal difficulties connected to their distressed and underperforming real estate assets. In 2010 Yangji Asset Management was established to take advantage of our long experience and extensive expertise in structuring, financing and restructuring of distressed or underperforming real estate properties and to invest the firm’s own funds and those of investors towards acquiring distressed and underperforming real estate assets.
