Collective Construction Services, Inc. (CCSI) manages construction contracts of residential properties through the remodeling and rehabilitation of owner-occupied and investment properties. CCSI's mission is to provide the residential home owner with a quality, cost effective value of a home through managing contracts with the utmost of integrity, resulting in a product reflecting pride of ownership. Peter Kephart, President of CCSI, brings over seven years of commercial construction project management experience to the organization. Over 14 years experience in the Illinois Army National Guard produced and developed his management and leadership abilities, presently operating in the capacity as a commissioned officer Captain, Company Commander, in an assault helicopter avi ation battalion. Kimberly Kephart is the Vice Preside nt of CCSI, and she contributes to the organization over nine years of experience as a certified teacher in the state of Illinois. Her command of presentation and daily demonstration of leadership prove invaluable to the operations of CCSI. CCSI is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
