Il regroupe en France, plus de 265 établissements au cœur des territoires pour les personnes âgées en perte d’autonomie. Korian propose des parcours de soin personnalisés en long ou court séjours, et un accueil de jour. Par ailleurs au total, le Groupe Clariane compte 695 maisons de retraite médicalisées en Europe. Clariane est la première communauté européenne de soin au service des fragilités ; elle est présente dans 7 pays : Allemagne, Belgique, Espagne, France, Italie, Pays-Bas et Royaume-Uni. Avec leurs différentes expertises, les 67 000 professionnels du Groupe travaillent chaque année pour plus de 800 000 patients et résidents trois grands domaines d’activités : les maisons de retraite médicalisées (Korian, Seniors Residencias, Berkley, etc.), les établissements et services de santé (Inicea, Ita, Grupo 5, Lebenswert, etc.) ainsi que le domicile et habitat alternatif (Petits-fils, Les Essentielles, Ages&Vie, etc.).
