Cole Construction LLC is a Women Owned Small business established April 2006. We have grown from a $500,000/yr revenue company to a $10,000,000/yr. revenue company. Cole Construction LLC's main office is located in Northern Virginia: 14158 Willard Roard, Unit J Chantilly, VA 20151 We have recently expanded into Colorado with a office located in Henderson CO: 8221 E. 96th Ave. Suite 100 Henderson Co 80640 Over the last few years we have been onsite at several high end medical facilities such as The Ft. Belvoir Wounded Warrior Hospital in Alexandria VA, INOVA South Patient Expansion in Fairfax VA, and Medimmune Medical Laboratory Facilities in Gaithersburg VA. Cole Construction LLC is currently working on the new VA hospital in Auora Co. We are participating in the DIAMOND PLAN and partnering with RK Mechanical. Our company was the first small business to complete the DIAMOND PLAN while working on the Ft. Belvoir Wounded Warrior Hospital. Cole Construction LLC and Component Assembly Systems partnered through the Diamond Plan to complete a $21 million dollar Drywall and Rough Carpentry package.
