Ascent is licensed in UT, MT, WY, NV, AZ, ID, CO and maintains a bonding capacity of $250M. scent was an early pioneer of sustainable construction in Utah. In 2003, Ascent built the first LEED Gold building in Utah—the Escalante Science and Visitor Center.
